Common questions

I have nothing yet. Can you build my whole presence?

Yes. For brand-new businesses we build everything from scratch: brand and identity direction, a professionally designed and written website on your domain, and a full setup of the BuiltFastCo platform. The website build is $2,500 to start with a 12-month plan, or $7,500 one-time. Done-for-you business formation (LLC setup) is coming soon. We handle the build, and you focus on customers.

What happens after my free trial ends?

Your plan starts automatically on the card you saved at signup — no re-signup, no disruption to your business. We email you a reminder before the first charge, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends at no cost. Your data is never deleted, and you can export everything.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do I need a QuickBooks subscription?

QuickBooks integration is optional. You need an active QuickBooks Online subscription to connect it, but the platform works fully without it.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each business account is fully isolated, so no tenant can access another's data.

Can I add team members?

Yes. Each plan includes a set number of team members. You can assign roles (owner, admin, staff) to control what each person can see and do. If your team grows past your plan's seat limit, you move up to the next plan at your next billing cycle. There are no per-seat charges within a plan, and your access and data are never interrupted.
